At chronosmy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that appear worn, damaged, or altered in any way may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

We reserve the right to deny a return that does not meet these criteria.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Intimates, bodysuits, or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)


3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, if available. If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit may be issued instead. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos (if applicable, for quality or damage-related issues)

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
